I have been paying for the Cafepress store since last April, and having not made many sales, I am wondering if it's worth it to keep paying the monthly shop fee.
Would I be better off having a batch of shirts custom printed and selling them myself? I certainly don't have any problem shipping things professionally, and I already have a Paypal business account. I could easily add a Paypal store widget to the blog and sell my own custom made shirts.

Actually their site has a great selection of cute baby stuff and you don't have to order a lot of anything, you can just buy one as a gift. Great idea for personalized gifts. I am very special feelings about this design. James' Sci Fi Cities series were the inspiration for this web site and t-shirt shop. After a wonderful home cooked dinner at Jeff and James' house one night, Jin and I got to see some of James' portfolio. I was just blown away! I had just heard about CafePress and the idea started cooking in my head. I talked to James about it and it sounded good to him too, but we didn't do anything for a long time.
