I was watching Pawn Stars, (my new obsession - the History Channel's reality show of strange and wonderful things that come into a large fancy pawn shop in Los Vegas). Some guy brought in a Geiger counter and the hysterically dim witter employee ChumLee asked if it could find unobtanium. So funny.
I have a small dream of buying a super powered metal detector and roaming the world's beaches in search of buries (and dropped) treasure. In fact, this might just be my current retirement plan. Not financially, but in terms of having a mellow hobby. I could be a sort of eccentric old chunky broad hanging out on the beach. I can see it... Maybe I can find ring with diamonds that someone dropped and then it could be a financial retirement plan if this 401k thing doesn't work out.
