I came across a Torchwood Fan site that looks pretty fun. If you are into writing fan fiction, they host contests and have a place to post your stories, as well as a fan forum. Actually they have alot more than just Torchwood, but that is the part of the site I was looking at, so that's what I am going to talk about.
